AIMS RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1. IDENTIFY THE HIRING NEED
We will work with the client to understand specific staffing requirements, including the skills and experience of the professionals for either newly formed or recently vacated positions.
2. SOURCING
We have expertise in headhunting and shall employ all the means to find the perfect candidate for our client.
3. INTERVIEWS
Depending on the size and requirement of the client, AIMS will schedule one or more interviews. We can step in for our client to conduct interviews and negotiate benefits as well.
4. APPLICANT ASSESSMENT
We can also take part or even take up an assessment on behalf of our client to measure a wide range of variables including technical skills, personality traits, problem-solving ability, reasoning, reading comprehension, emotional intelligence, and more.
5. JOB OFFER
We shall present the offer letter to the candidate for our client.
6. ONBOARDING
We shall make sure to hand hold until the right candidate joins our client and may also join in completing the onboarding process as required.
